Chocolate muffins are one of the most delicious treats (ask any child). They are also very easy to make, and you can even give them artistic looking. I am not that person (unless I need to be), so mine aren’t as photogenic as my husband’s would be. But mine are probably way delicious than his!
Chocolate muffins served 3 nights in a row
We don’t eat too much sugar around here, but everyone deserves a doze for himself. Last days, I was inspired by my guests during holidays. I needed a quick treat to serve after dinner, and these chocolate muffins filled everybody’s heart. Inside is cream and chocolate, but the mixture itself is chocolate as well. My grandparents, my parents, my brother, my husband’s parents, friends and others… They all asked for recipe. But as I haven’t sent it to all of them, here is the recipe (you’re all welcome to google translate it- if needed; in the right corner of website, under the calendar).
Creamy chocolate muffins
- 3 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g chocolate (any)
- 100 g butter
- 4 tbsp cream (nutela)
- 100 g flour
Preheat oven to 190C.
Melt chocolate, cream, and butter.
Mix the egg whites with sugar. Then add egg yolks and mix again.
Pour in chocolate/cream/butter mixture, and mix it all again.
Add flour, and stir it all together with a spoon.
Pour the mixture in muffin cups, and bake 15 minutes.
I even did this: poured the mixture a little bit, then added ground biscuits and one piece of chocolate; then I poured the mixture over it again.
Let me know if you are going to prepare it (or did it already) in the comments bellow. I promise they are heavenly good treat for kids! They all said “yumm”!
