Creamy chocolate muffins

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g chocolate (any)
  • 100 g butter
  • 4 tbsp cream (nutela)
  • 100 g flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190C.

  2. Melt chocolate, cream, and butter.

  3. Mix the egg whites with sugar. Then add egg yolks and mix again.

  4. Pour in chocolate/cream/butter mixture, and mix it all again.

  5. Add flour, and stir it all together with a spoon.

  6. Pour the mixture in muffin cups, and bake 15 minutes.

  7. I even did this: poured the mixture a little bit, then added ground biscuits and one piece of chocolate; then I poured the mixture over it again.
