Mango chia pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 mango
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds organic
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup oatmeal (made with almond milk, honey and cinnamon)
  • fruits and dark chocolate to sprinkle

Instructions

  1. Mix 3 tbsp chia seeds and 1 cup almond milk and refrigerate overnight (covered). It will turn into chia pudding in the morning.

  2. Pure the whole mango.

  3. Now it is time for layers. 

     First layer: chia pudding;

     Second layer: oatmeal;

     Third layer: pureed mango;

     Fourth layer: chia pudding;

     Fifth layer: fruits and chocolate!
