Homemade tortilla

Servings 8 tortillas

Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 175 ml water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and salt, and add warm water and oil.

  2. Transfer the dough to the floured surface and knead. If necessary, add more flour or water to get a smooth dough. Leave the dough for ten minutes.

  3. Divide the dough into eight parts.

  4. Make thin tortillas out of it.

  5. Bake on large pan (oiled a bit and on medium hit) for about one minute on each side.
