Korean bibimbap (one of our ways of it)

Ingredients

  • 500 g brown rice
  • 300 g groung beef
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 broccoli florets
  • 5 cauliflower florets
  • 200 mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 4 tsp mango curry sauce
  • salt
  • coconut oil
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook rice (brown rice is usually ready in 20 minutes).

  2. Preheat oven to 190C.

  3. Mix broccoli and cauliflower florets with some olive oil, salt, and lemon juice. Then put on a baking sheet and into the oven.

  4. Fry onions and mushrooms on olive oil, and then add ground beef and fry until browned. Then add mango curry sauce and fry for some more time.

  5. Take another pan and fry eggs on coconut oil.

  6. Serve immediately in layers over rice.

  7. Make any kind of sauce to top everything (optional).
