Mac and Veggies

Ingredients

  • 500 g macaroni
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 150 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Chop veggies and steam them for 10 minutes

  2. Cook macaroni.

  3. Puree your veggies (with water, in a blender).

  4. In a medium stove cook milk, veggies, and butter. This is your sauce.

  5. Put your sauce over macaroni, and garnish with cheddar cheese.
