Slow-cooker soup

Ingredients

  • 400 g beef
  • 6 carrots
  • 300 g bean sprouts
  • 500 ml tomato juice
  • 4 tbsp any sauce for meat
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • water
  • 1 lemon
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Bathe meat in salt and lemon juice, and grill it for 10 minutes on every side.

  2. Oil slow-cooker and put meat inside. Pour in your choice of sauce and soy sauce as well.

  3. Add carrots, bean sprouts and water. Turn on high and let it cook for 3 hours.

  4. After 3 hours, pour in tomato juice and let it cook for one more hour. (But you could also pour tomato juice at the start)

  5. After 4 hours of cooking, it is ready to serve!
